If you're looking for some inspiration in the kitchen or if you want to learn how to prepare some gorgeous, life-giving food, then this class is for you! This is a cooking class for 1 or 2 people that will be tailored to your personal dietary needs and flavor preferences. Class includes expert instruction preparing 4 whole-foods dishes in the home of your choosing. Additional nutritional and health benefit information will be provided. Participants will have access to all recipes prepared in class. Cost of groceries is separate. Additional class participants will be charged $35 per person.
